These Terms of Use (Terms
) govern your access to and use of the Road To DSE application and related
services (App
). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
License and Ownership
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- All intellectual property rights in the App remain with Road To DSE or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
- Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App are owned by us or third parties; no rights are granted to use them without consent.
User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse the App, including by uploading harmful code, interfering with security features, or attempting unauthorized access.
- Do not post or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
- You are responsible for content you submit and must ensure you have the necessary rights to share it.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
User Content
- By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content solely for operating and improving the App.
- We do not claim ownership of your original content; you retain your rights subject to this license.
- We may monitor or review content for compliance but have no obligation to do so.
Updates and Modifications
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without liability. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified App and Terms. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide notice through the App or via email.
Third-Party Services
The App may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.
Fees and Purchases
Certain features may require payment. Pricing, billing cycle, and refund terms will be presented before purchase. By initiating a transaction, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Disclaimers
The App is provided as is
and as available
without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Road To DSE and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; those provisions apply only as far as permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Road To DSE, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or legal requirements. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease using the App. Sections intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by law. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms; updates will be posted in the App with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
